the Tide and Other Singular Words

Hrafnseyri Contemporary Art Museum, 2022

On the Icelandic national holiday, June 17, 2022, the first Hrafnseyri bienniale was opened in the Hrafnseyri Contemporary Art Museum.

I had the honor to exhibit there together with Ólöf Björk Oddsdóttir, Bergur Nordal, Ólöf Nordal and Hjalti Nordal.

Ólöf Björk exhibited ceramic plates.
Bergur exhibited oil paintings.
Ólöf Nordal exhibited a bronze sculpture.
Hjalti exhibited a sound piece.
And I myself had grammatical works and sculptures in sync.

In Icelandic, some words only exist in their plural form. How can the elements that make up the set be understood?

Is the tide natural or lexical?

My contribution to the show was called: Sjávarfall ofl. eintölur, the Tide and Other Singular Words
